Vastkind corrects factual errors when they are identified.

We care more about accuracy than appearing flawless.

How corrections are handled

Minor typos may be corrected silently.

Factual errors that do not change the meaning of an article may be corrected directly.

Material errors receive a visible note when they affect the reader’s understanding of the evidence, timeline, claim, company, product, study, or conclusion.

In rare cases, a major error may require an article to be substantially updated or withdrawn.

Updates and corrections

Frontier technology changes quickly. Not every article change is a correction.

Sometimes an article is updated because new evidence, new product information, a regulatory decision, or a deployment changes what readers need to know.

When a change materially affects the article’s meaning, we aim to make that clear.

How to request a correction

Send correction requests to social [at] vastkind [dot] com.

Please include the article URL, the sentence or claim in question, why you believe it is wrong, and the best available source supporting the correction.
